MAKMAK · CLEAN RECIPE
Sheet Pan Tacos
30 min · Serves 6
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 green onions, sliced
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add garlic, taco seasoning, and water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Arrange the tortillas overlapping across the sheet pan, leaving enough tortilla hanging over the edges.
- Spread refried beans over the tortillas, then add the seasoned beef.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños, and green onions.
- Fold the tortilla edges over the filling to create one large sealed taco.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into portions and serve with sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
