INGREDIENTS

2 cups Strawberry Soft Serve or high-quality vanilla ice cream (or a mix of both)
1/2 cup Strawberries (fresh, sliced and lightly tossed in sugar) or pre-made strawberry sauce/topping
1-2 shortcake biscuits or slices of pound cake, cut into small, buttery cubes
1/4 cup Whipped cream (to top)

METHOD

If using fresh strawberries, slice them and sprinkle with a teaspoon of sugar.
Let them sit for 10 minutes so they release their juices.
Place a handful of crumbled shortcake and a layer of fresh strawberry sauce at the bottom of a clear dessert cup.
Scoop or swirl a generous amount of your strawberry or vanilla ice cream on top of the fruit layer.
Repeat the layers—adding more cake, strawberries, and a final scoop of ice cream.
Finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream and remaining strawberry chunks.
