• Slice of raw butter
• Lil honey
• Maple syrup
• Day 1 colostrum
• Raw milk

METHOD

1. Add 8 scoops of ice cream to a jar.
2. Add a slice of raw butter.
3. Add a little honey.
4. Add maple syrup.
5. Add Day 1 colostrum.
6. Add raw milk.
7. Mix.
